I still use the radio in my car. The pickings are slim, I don’t have a fancy car with Sirrus or the right way to hear my phone through the system.  If I could hear it then it’s still hard to maneuver my phone and drive.  So alas, I still listen to the real radio.

All the great leaders will tell you that failure was their greatest teacher.  This sure holds true in the Warrior life we live.  To be honest most of the world looks at our children as a failure but they try to understand it. They try to help and they try to make room for a

As a Warrior mom we learn life away from home.  Especially in the hospital for extended stays.  It is often us who experience these times and there’s little we can do to avoid it.  We can’t get out of the cruel admission that lands us in that place for days, weeks, and even months.   I

It sounds like a marathon.  It can be in a way.  This title represents the time Paul and I will have alone without Anna at our new property.  I have had no time alone there as of yet.  Paul has, but neither of us have had a chance to be alone together without Anna there.

This year dressing up for one of my (if not the most favorite holidays) was a unique decision.  I wanted something themed since we would be taking Elsie to Halloween Nights at the Henry Ford Museum.  So I didn’t want to look like a witch with a green face for that sweet little 14 month
