I had the beautiful opportunity to experience the beginning of Lent, on Ash Wednesday at one of the best happy places I know.  St. Paul of the Cross Passionist Retreat Center in Detroit.  I went for the day and met many beautiful people.  A day of self care.    The most heart provoking was the teaching.

Warriors who work have a great deal to juggle.  Some choose not to try to work, some cannot work for various reasons and some may choose to work part-time.  I do believe that any kind of work can be done, you just have to make sure you believe in your “why” and push through it.  

Anna and I had a long but fun Saturday.  We drove up to the Irish Hills to take Paul up to do some chores.  He left a truck up there so we needed to drop him off.  Then we went to visit our friend Lily.  And after that I had to go run errands.  Anna
